First my names patrick I'm 19 and live in nj. I just recently picked up a 1999 continental executive edition. Black with gray leather. So far I got 6000k hids clarion nx409 in dash a kicker l7 with a kole audio amp and kicker ks speakers. Might pick up a set of wheels down the line. Any suggestions on what to do next or things I should know about my car? Anyone local interested in a meet sometime? I also drive a 2004 2.3l focus hatch.

There's a big meet coming up at Carlisle PA, the first weekend in June. We could always use more Lincolns there, especially Continentals.:)

How are the HIDs working, doesn't that eliminate your high beams?
 
No I got high and low beams. Just the high beams suck. Ddmtuning.com got them at a decent price too. Also got a bypass for the dash light so it doesn't give me a lamp out message. Only downfall is everyone thinks its a lexus at night.
 
So how's that work? Cause I'm like 99% sure the Conti I had, the high and low beams were the same bulb...
 
Not too sure I just know that it came with a seperate adaptor to control the h/l beams that didn't come with the low beam hids I ran in my old car.
 
Just got the speakers/ sub installed. Deffinately recomend the l7 vs the type r in my other car. Sounds amazing with the speakers.
