In regards to doing the job yourself it boils down to having the right tools for the job. Impact guns and air chisel with a punch head bit really assist in getting those rusty bolts out (along with plenty of Deep Creep). It is not that hard of a job and has been written up in several places on the how to. Make sure you have all the socket sizes before you start. The strut rod bushings will require some big muscles/and or cheater bar. Having a friend always helps, but I did one of my cars all alone and took my time over a week end. If you stay with it you can do it in a day. First side is always the slowest due to learning. I have all the parts lined up ready to do my second car, but this time I am going to a small shop nearby and supervise as my arthritis in the hands is kicking in, but otherwise I'd be doing it again on my own. Be sure you mark the camber bolt position so that you get the front end close on alignment, and then get your car down for a complete 4 wheel alignment when you are done. I made a scribe mark on the bolt, and the front end came in at less than 1 degree out. (I was offered a job at the front end shop for that one)LOL
