New Front Tires - Now Vibes

I ran over a pair of plyers this weekend and after putting a gash in my rear passenger side tire it stabbed itself into the rear bumper, where the spalsh guard would go. Now I put new tires in the front and put the fronts in the back. I never had any vibrations before but now I have some vibration when I am off the gas around 60 mph. If I step on the gas it goes away. Could this be the driveshaft acting up or just need a better balancing?

My first guess would be balancing. Second, maybe a slight alignment issue.

Well I took in and they said everything is cool with the fronts and they balanced the rears for me and siad they were a little off. We'll see! Thanks.
