Hi,
I'm Ron. Been eyeing this site for its wealth of information especially in regards to the blend door actuator r&r. For the last 6 months, been trying to get the motivation to do it, but now all the images are hidden....until I make 5 posts...so here is post #1.
My ride..... '98 LSC Mark VIII with 26,000 miles (not a typo). In pristine condition other than the lasagna noodle rear window and one micro rock chip on the passenger mirror. After leasing a '95 LSC, I decided to get this one when I heard they were going out of production.
If anyone in the SoCal area is interested in doing a blend door r&r, let me know and we can discuss. I've R&R'd the dash out of my '87 Cougar, and while it all went well, I'd almost rather get my teeth pulled without Novocaine.
