Long time Lincoln lover from KY. I have always been and will be a Ford/Linclon man. I just recently purchased a 1994 Mark VIII Pearl white with gray int. with 108k on it. Runs like a top and has way more power than expected... My other cars are a black 99 Expedition with 20" lightning wheels and OEM lightning front end, lowered 3 in all around. I also have a 73 Bronco Ranger rough body but couldnt ask for better drive train.
I knew I wanted a Mark VIII when I saw the "lowers at high speed" commericals. Of course that was when they were new and not very affordable for me...The want came back about 3 years ago at the NMRA world finals in Bowling Green KY. I saw a black mark that was 10.5 or somewhat pro-modded tittled "hot-rod lincoln" piloted by Terry Whitt Jr. Dont recall it winning but is sure looked evil sitting there....
Well enough of my ramblings, want to thank in advanced because I know this forum will provide me with hours of reading and tons of info...

PH:D

Thank you all for having me....

as far as running in BG, all i have to say is come on. Not very many 1/4 mi. tracks left in the mid south to south U.S., or should I say this decent of a track....

Welcome, how can you live in Bowling Green and not like Corvettes :D I have been the the Corvette Museum down there and the assembly plant. I should be back there in the spring.

Corvettes? Can't stand em.....Well take that back have found a fondness for the new ones those are sexy...... The main reason is the most of the people that drive them fit the same M.O. (Khaki shorts, golf visor,3 button polo shirt, and those shoe/sandal mixture.) That just lightly drive them around......Its a car, its made to be driven....LOL
