New Mark VIII Owner (with a ?)

Hello All,
I just signed onto the board and became a paid member of LOD. I also just purchased a '96 Mark VIII LSC, Pearl with cream leather interior. 55k on the clock, moonroof, mint in and out. I'm in MD, so 55k on the clock ain't bad!

It came with the built in phone system. Anyone know if this phone service is even used by Lincoln anymore? Or am I stuck with a paperweight. :)

In most areas the analog service is gone. However, in other areas it is available. I'm in New Jersey and up until March 31st of 2003 I had it. (I sold the car then) It was a 1998. I had AT & T wireless service. They are still doing business in the tri-state area. I cannot "se" where you are from, but if your are 'here' you can try them. Regardless, yoiu can try calling around. Your best bet is with AT & T - Otherwise, yes - you have a nifty paperweight! :(

Nah not a nifty paperweight, a forty dollar sale on ebay lol! Thats what I did.
