Hey, my name is Jon, I'm from Windsor, Ontario. I bought this car about a month ago, from Rose City Ford here in Windsor. I wasn't even really looking to buy a Mark VIII since I already had a Mark VII at home, but it was black, and in awesome shape, and only 105,000kms (66,000miles). It was owned by a doctor, he traded it in, the dealership put all new air struts, air bags, all new ball joints, tie rod ends, bushings, new oil pan, dimmer switch, new paint job. They did all this to it thinking they could turn around and sell it quick, it didnt, it sat for 3 months before I found it. They said they had $9400 into this car, I believe it, they showed me this huge stack of receipts for all the things that had been done to the car. They were asking $8900, I ended up getting it for $7000, what a sweet deal. The car has all the options, moon roof, cell phone, dimming side mirror, JBL sound w/cd changer, trac assit. It's in awesome shape inside and out and I plan on keeping it that way. It was too sweet of a deal to pass up.
Some things I've done to the car so far, windows tinted 5% all the way around, brand new headlight assemblies, Sylvania Silver Stars. Next week I should be getting the newer style EATC from Five Star Ford.
