NJ DMV Visual Inspection

Just went through NJ inspection yesterday and noticed they did a visual on my 96. Will it be a problem when I remove the third cat here in NJ?

On 96 and up vehicles, they do the computer hook up instead of the exhaust "probe". Here were the results:

Cats: Not ready
Heated cats: Unused
O2 sensors: Ready
O2 sensor-heaters: Ready
EGR systems: Ready
Secondary air injection: ready
Evaporative system: unused
Fuel system: ready
Engine misfire: ready
A/C refrigerant: unused
Comprehensive component: ready
Overall readiness result: pass
 
RE: NJ DMV Visual Inspection

NJ did a visual on my 1993 with cat back exhaust twice and passed both times. Don't know about 1996 and up vehicles in regards to the computer hook up though.
