I am not getting warm air out of the heater in my 98 Mark. About three years ago I had a new blend arm door installed which was pretty pricy and I hope its not that again. Anyway, I suppose it could be a thermostat that is stuck. Is there anyway or anything not too technical that I can do to find out if it is the thermostat?

Pull down glove compartment and look behind there while changing your temp from hot to cold and back...watch to see if the blend door arm moves correctly....oh, don't forget to remove the stuff from your glove compartment first. When you drop the strings that holds it up, you'll put everything in it on the floor!

Hate to say it but my replacement blend door lasted about two years. So maybe yours ... Never fixed it as I don't need heat that often here.
