OBD2 Problem

I hooked up a code reader/diagnostic software (auto enginuity) to the baby after the CE light came on and it wouldn't connect. The guy I borrowed it from hooked it up to three other cars and it worked! I cheked fofr voltage at the port and found it only at one pin. Is that correct?

Got the P0301 code. Replaced the coil mod. in cyl. 1 and all plugs. Everything seems good! Thanks!

If you get another misfire now, suspect a bad (or more) rubber boot. If they are old, disturbing them can crack the rubber and they will arc to ground. Don't let anyone tell you different, boots CAN be bought seperately.

Thanks Bud. I had read that in some other posts. I need to get some, I noticed #6 & #7 were cracked
