Bought our first house in December, dint really get a good look at the yard till spring. realized it was a disaster and proceeded with Operation encroachment! The fence we tore down was old and warped, it was placed several feet back on the property line (being a small .17 acre) corner lot we wanted to take out the fence and replace with a new one. Allot of over growth and several large trees had to be removed. She wanted a fountain and I wanted to park next to my garage. Started clearing the land, the removing the old fence. there were several trees growing around and through the fence, getting the post out became a challenge as I had to dig down and use a chain saw to cut the roots before I could remove each post.
