Oxygen sensors

When the car was on the dyno, apparently all systems were good except the oxygen sensors. At idle, the oxygen sensors were not working? At tip-in, they apparently worked fine. As a result, I was told idle is rich.

The sensors were newly installed last spring with the headers.

Any ideas?

It has been my experience that the sensors are ignored at all times but idle and constant cruising.

HOTLNC had an intermittent problem with the Bank 1 sensor due to a poor connection (my hands were too large to squeeze the connector down to the home position.)

I have no clue what brand they are, but I've been told if they are Brand X(i.e. NOT Motorcraft), they probably oughta be replaced.

Is there any preferred location in the exhaust stream? They are in the standard location on the Kooks headers. Maybe they're not heating up enough?

Jerry should have made the changes needed for the LTs when he tuned it. If he didn't I can make them. It takes them a little longer to warm up in your configuration.
