Alright, so i finally got around to looking into the issue with the IMRC. I felt around behind the intake and was able to move the arms and they moved freely. However, on the driver side there was a lot of slack in the cable. I unhooked the battery to try and clear the code and it came back right away. Plus, I didn't see the cables move on either side when I reved the motor past 3k rpm. So, at this point I'm guessing that the IMRC control is shot. And since I have a 97 and its electronic, I can't find a replacement. Can these be rebuilt, or is there another IMRC that i can use like from and Aviator?
