Part Number check please.

I'm ordering a 2001 SVT Cobra COP wiring harness. I want to make sure this is the right part number before i spend the money for one.

Part# FMC 1R3Z12A581DA This is the entire back half of the wiring harness because you cant just order the COP wires with plugs that goto the COPs from looking at the computer pic at the dealership on the computer. It had very poorly illustrated drawings and didnt really say it included the COP wires or not.

I'll be going with a new set of MSD COP replacements for less spark plug blowout for the boost. But i needed a hookup price from one of our FORD parts guys if possible. Let me know if this is the right number. Thanks guys.
 
The basic part #12A581 is the large EEC harness that goes through the "firewall" to the PCM and all over the place under the hood.

The harness that goes across the top of the engine which includes the injector and COP connectors and plugs into the 12A581 is:

2R3Z-9D930-CEA for SVT Cobra.
 
Dude you can get the connectors alone. In fact, I have a COP harness from 4.6 dohc that you can use for parts. Let me know if you want it. I bet it will be cheaper than from Ford, and since you have to cut it up anyway, it doesn't matter.

That harness retails up here for CAN$270.oo. Price may be slightly less in the US, but it's still steep.

Just got them in mail from you couple of days ago. These will work perfect. Now i just need to figure out what connects to what. I'll go back to my old post to look there.
