can you believe this thing? 2 different drivers, 3 different runs, two different lanes...and it varies by only 1/100th, and less than .5 of a mph?

I'd say it's a bracket truck!

my buddy Jesse snapped a quick launch video

RE: Peanut's Saturday night track runs

Brenda drove the first two runs. Right lane at 6:30pm, left lane at 7:20pm, and then I drove it for the third run, right lane at 8:20pm

We are feeling great about our little Peanut.
we always wanted a drag truck....we also didnt want to run in the low 10's like years past...sounds odd, but...the faster you run, the more it costs. we always said we'd love a mid-11 second drag car...and since we always wanted a truck, now we have exactly what we wanted.

This thing will be hard to race against too...if we get the head start, the chaser will see alot of truck. The bed seems so long compared to the cab...and it has a great MPH...so they'll give chase, then when they get along side, the cab is so short, they'll really have to judge it right. But the best surprise of all, the lower front bumper valance is 3" off the ground...a definate stripe-taker, and they wont(hopefully) remember seeing that, so when they aim for the fender, they'll forget the front bumper valance....but if she can drill them on the tree, they'll never be alongside at the end.

we're going to try to run it this Wednesday for our weekly bracket race...season's almost over...wednesday night will be it's first "true" Competition...Hopefully it's as consistent as it was last night...if so, I think we'll be ready to go rounds.
