Possible vacuum leak? High spark timing at low rpms

After hooking up the sct x2 again, i notice my alt seems to be lacking, i wonder if voltage has to do with the load % at all lol. Dipped as low as 11.7, currently load % is 50% with no a/c and 64% with ac. I wish i could view the maf voltages through the computer like i could on my 97, strange lol. What made me use the computer was a saw the abs light flash a few times, and the blower motor was slightly slower at idle. I'm having some ****ty luck with my car now, if i didnt already pour a few thousand into it i'd look for a 97 or 98.

Electrical issues can wreak havoc on our cars. I'd get that fixed pronto and then diagnose everything else.
 
Switched out the battery and pretty sure that was it. Happened over the past few days, was going to change the plugs and wires and then noticed other battery signs. Showed 12.8 after use and overnight, but you so much as turn on the headlights and it'll be in the 10.* range. Thanks dummy light for not telling me at idle i'm in mid 11s, i guess neither system kicks on til the 10s with the car running.


(Still have high load %, going to change tps and iac but most likely going to have Oil Filter Adapter and O2s done first as tomorrow i have a chance to rent a lift for an hour.)

Scratch that, alt is not handling the load at nighttime with a/c, fan, and headlights. Its just not gonna let me fix all the problems, will it? lol. Still gonna try to do tps and iac as well as find a wellbuilt alt
 
As far as the alternator (battery) light goes, I've only seen mine come on when the regulator fails completely and isn't charging at all. When one of my alternators failed on me, it pegged my volt gauge at 16+ volts and the battery light still didn't come on.
 
I've had it come on with my old one with a bad diode, walmart replaced the battery and it still drops lower than i like. It still shows 12.8 at the end of the day, but i'm gonna get an agm deep cycle battery and see if it holds a higher voltage. All my lincolns have never shown above 14, or held near 14 for that matter, so i'm gonna try to get a much nicer battery, and if that doesnt work i'll get an alternator built. As far as the other work, btw, i took your advice and just searched amazon and google, parts will be here monday. Only thing i didnt get is the iac, which i might try to order on Sunday if my check is good.
