Power Window Motor Won't Stop?

I recently replaced the gear plugs in both windows on my 1994 and they have been working just fine for months. Now my wife states that the drivers side motor won't shut off when she uses the express down feature. She has to stop the motor manually with the window switch.

What is causing this?

Ok, this may be a stupid question on my part, so forgive me, but can you be more specific as to what the problem is?

It sounds like your saying that when your wife hits the express down, she doesn't want the window to go all the way down? Which is what it does...

There is a module just under the door pad in the front that controls this. I'd try replacing that with a used one if it's not working properly.
 
When using the express down, the window goes fully down and the motor continues to run until the switch is operated. Otherwise, it runs indefinitely.

What is this module under the door pad? I don't remember it.
