Question about converting away from air suspension

Yes, I searched, but there are literally so many results that I could not get the answer I was looking for.

I am going to be converting on of my Mark VIII's from air suspension, and I want to run Koni 5-ways for a Thunderbird, and Thunderbird lowering springs from H&R. Now as I understand it, the T-Bird front strut assembly should be a straight bolt-in, right?

Now what do I need to do for the rear? Can I use the Thunderbird rear springs with one of those rear conversion kits? Can I just get the rear conversion plates separately?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I seen a post where someone swapped in the Koni's and the lowerings springs. They already had the conversion so they had to remove the stock strut from the "housing". Drill a hole in the bottom of it for the bolt that holds the Koni's in, and mount the Koni. The springs/strut assembly install as normal....minus the fact that the top of the Koni sticks through the strut tower about 4 inches, haha. Install another nut on the already install strut/spring assembly, grind off the excess strut threading, and then remove the nut to clean the threads. I'm sure Bill will tell you this too, I'm just sharing from reading "experience".
