Question for Geno

Thank you Geno. I had a question for you. I'm curious about the Lincoln Continental R model you have displayed. I read 345 n/a hp. Is this model currently available or just a vision? I'd like to know if it's possible to squeeze that much power into a conti without damaging the tranny. Any info would be great, thank you. By the way I think Cobra R replica wheels would look sweet on a conti.

RE: Question for Geno

Thanks for the info. Yeah I knew they were photoshopped but I still http://www.regalgs.org/forum/smiles/bowdown.gif I'm glad that it is atleast conceviable to dump lots of extra power into a conti even though it's FWD. This gives me new hopes to make the most original Continental in the world! That extensive work must have cost extensive money. But I hope you prove me wrong on that http://www.regalgs.org/forum/icon_smile_big.gif

You can bolt-on max these out just like the Marks. We have done many over the past six years.

Chip/maf/fuel pump/exhaust....etc.

Call me up.

RE: Question for Geno

Next question, where is the control module located on a '98 Conti? The one on my TC was just to the left of the steering column under the dash. I located what I think is the outside connector on the passenger side of the firewall. Also, will it affect the reliability of the FWD tranny? Mine seems to working very good now. Another thing, is the an advantage in your chip over say using a Micro-Tuner from Superchips? Sorry for all the questions, but you seem to the "performance guru" around here. :)

The ecm on your car is located in the cowl area when you open the hood.

Follow the harness.

Well ours is cheaper then the SCMT. Plus I have never been a big fan of their programming.

Your transaxel reliability wouldn't be affected by a chip at all.

RE: Question for Geno

hello Geno
How are you doing i was wondering about your chip? Who makes it and what can i aspect to get form it> I had bought a mirco program and was not very happy with it. My conti would throw check engine light saying low fuel not sure if my torando had anything to do with it or not thank you for you input
