I'm driving my mom's '94 Mark VIII (SantaFe)for her right now since she hasn't been able to renew her license. I tried to use the radio with no luck getting any sound from it. It programs the radio stations and the cassette player runs, the antenna runs up, but no sound from the speakers. I've checked the fuses, a friend of mine made sure everything is hooked up on the radio, but no luck with any sound. He thinks either the amp or the radio is shot. My mom never used the radio. I'm the only one that's ever turned it on, but that's been quite a while back (over a year). Any ideas on what else I can check?
