Instead of repairing it, you may be better off replacing it with a used unit. I'll bet Jamie has a couple laying around that would work just fine.
 
The rub is that the 89-90 Super Coupes have a slightly different faceplate than the others. The one for the earlier birds has square not rounded corners, and mounts flush with the rest of the dash while the later ones stand out about an eighth of an inch. I know, thats being very picky but those that have seen my Supercoupe will understand why I want to remain as stock as possible.
 
You didn't specify you were talking about your SC, expecially considering Lincoln's are technically Fords, haha.

What is wrong with it, I have a stereo guy.
 
send it to Technicar in Oldsmar Florida they repair any and all factory ford radios and cd changers.
