Rear Neon Light Problem

Two months ago I had a new ballast installed on the trunk lid of my 98 Mark basic model for the neon light. The light worked just fine and my Mark lit up like a Christmas tree until yesterday. I noticed that when I turn the light switch to the "on position" - the neon light stays on for about 30 seconds and then goes out. Turning the switch to "off" and then to "on" will not do anything. Restatring the car right away does not help the situation. If the car sits for awhile the light will go on but only for the 30 seconds. I love that rear look! Any ideas out there in Lincoln Land will be appreciated.

contact glitch, maybe it was a premature deffect, he may toss you another one, i have bought two from him for my personal marks and both are over a year old and still going strong. i have also bought 3 others from him to repair neon lights that i have gotten to sell and all them are kickin still.
