I uploaded these recently and thought I would show them off. Sorry about the quality, can never focus right at night. They look orangish but they are 100% red. Enjoy! ;)

I like them. How many are there to replace and did you do the ones for the cruise control on the wheel?

Tell us how you did it.. or die, its you choice :) LOL Just kidding, but if you have some directions or tips, that would be great. I thought of doing this a couple times but just never did it since i could not figure out how...

LOL Unity! When I swapped my steering wheel I noticed you can just pop out the switches and inside is a small light bulb, I imagine you can paint them red. I have thought about getting the LED's on eJay and soldering them in place of the factory bulbs, they will be brighter and any color :)

Talk....or punishable by DEATH.....wait....maybe he hasn't logged in for a while, haha.

Must have been those red lights... huge distraction one wrong glance and the speedometer that is all it took. lol

Seriously I would love to do all blue interior lighting, not sure if I am a fan. My ex bimmer had that.

One of you guys tried to run me off the road last night! Who ever did it, didn’t want me to let the secret out! I risked my life for the members of LOD…..Nail-Polish Remover NPR…..

That will do about 90% of the work. Everything else is pretty simple except for the a/c controls and the message center MC.

I used a transparent sheet that I got from a member on the original Mark VIII Forum. I've NEVER seen these sheets in any store. In fact, the member said he worked in a shop where they change gauges. Lost all his info :(. I’m sure you guys can find something similar, it just has to be 100% clear to work on the MC or the screen will look blurry. If you use NPR on the a/c control buttons it will dissolve the words so you HAVE to be soft and quick. I recommend you have back up buttons because you will probably mess-up. The MC has a green film pressed onto it. I think I used a razor and polish remover for this. Once you remove that, the MC is a SUPER bright light green.

The gauges are easy as cake it’s just a matter of those damn A/c controls and finding a CLEAR film sheet. Be prepared for this to get F’ed up and don’t blame me! I was driving around in a Christmas theme Mark for 6 months before I go the AC controls and MC right. I haven’t done this to my 98 because I think it’s to risky, If I find a junked 96+ ac face I might consider it...naaaa..never mind.
