$700 seems to be fair price. I think I would buy it if I needed an engine. Do you know who rebuilt it? If it was done in Joe Blow's garage, I would pass. If it was done by a reputable business, I would buy.

I take it your taking about the one being sold in the for sale area. If so it says that the work was done ata dealer. if that is really the case it might be worth buying if you need an engine.
