Well, my car got sold a few months ago. I joined the forums about 8 years ago when I bought the car. I was going to pull the motor out of it and put it into another Mark that I bought with a bad motor. Well that never happened and both of those cars are gone (one got scrapped - sorry). There is a new Mark in my future. 1993 pearl white perfect leather perfect headlights - been sitting in a barn since 2000. 60k miles - washed once a month. I'm getting it for about $500 in lumber and 2 days of work. :) I'll keep ya posted.

Sounds like a nice barn find.

I wouldn't be too worried about it sitting for a long time. I would shoot some oil down the cylinders and crank it a bit before starting it though.

You might have some problem with rubber parts and seals from sitting so long, but my cars have these problems and I drive them all the time.:D
 
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it probably wasn't washed in the barn....so....maybe its RAN once a month when it gets washed? Hmmmm? :D hehe
