Replaced Oil Filter Adapter Gasket

I finally did it. It wasn't hard at all, took me almost 2 hours (I am slow). Most of it was finding the bolts and finding the proper angle to remove them. The only other tricky thing is holding the new gasket in place to screw it on. Someone mentioned using a gasket sealant, but I did have any and had to do it the hard way. If anyone ever has any questions about it in the future feel free to send me a message or email me.

I replaced the thermostat too, while the coolant was out of the car.

One thing worried me later on, though. After I drove the car about 25 miles the red oil light beneath the message center started to get brighter when I hit the gas. When I let off the gas, it faded out. This happed for about 5 minutes and then it went away. I thought that maybe I fouled up the oil pressure switch with oil before I reconnected it.

Any ideas as to what that could have been?
