Replaced the Blend door Actuator and now it stalls.

Well, I finally did it. I've had the Blend Door actuator sitting in the trunk for weeks and could'nt stand to have no A/C any more. I printed out the directions from here and followed them to the "T". Everything went great. The hardest part was accessing the actual actuator bolts. (I feel bad for the guy who has to take out the entire dash, yikes!) Anyway, after buttoning everything up and reconnecting the battery everything seemed fine. (Besides the slight squeak when going from hot to cold but, thats for A/C and electrical) I took the car for a test drive and the first stop sign at the end of the road it stalled. The car stalls at EVERY stop sign or when turning and braking at the same time. WTF? I figured it is probably the IAC and the loss of the PCM's memory, so I drove it around for a couple of days hoping it would re learn but, it has'nt. It's gotten to the point where it is dangerous to drive. It does'nt matter if the A/C is on or off either.
Any help?

Transmission not coming out of lock-up? Or can you keep your foot on the gas to keep the RPMS up and its ok? Put it in neutral?

That's what I thought, but why after the blend door repair? I can't think of anything behind the dash you could do to disrupt the lockup?

Hmmm... the BOO switch?

Yeah, if I keep my foot on the gas it will stay running. Even if I turn the wheel at a stand still, IE: foot on brake and in gear, the idle will dip down and eventually stall out. I slip the car in neutral when it stalls and it starts right up.

Yeah, the heat and AC work great. It feels like the engine does not sense a load when turning the wheel or stopping. IAC motor not resetting?

I cleaned the throttle body today. It has been running fine since. I'm still not convinced it was the problem, but I'll take it for now. There seemed to be a LOT of gunk just beyond the butterfly valves. I'll probably try some sea foam in the near future.
