Well, my FSM is backordered. My Mark VIII failed inspection with it's previous owner because the CEL seems to be blown out. (I'm confident he didn't take it out on purpose) Can anyone give me instructions on how to replace this bulb? Can the message center come out w/o removing the whole dash? Is there a writeup anywhere? I saw one for a GenI, but not sure how applicable that is to my year.
