back in december the left strut failed and i purchased two new oem struts to restore opal's built for comfort ride. i replaced only the defective strut and held the right side part in reserve. now 8 months and 3k later it is time to use this gem.
being built in late 96 she is nearly 18 with 94k miles. her younger sister ivory went 190k on the original factory suspension b4 i put steel coils on her. she retired in 2010 but was truly a fat bottomed girl her last year or so. bumps and dips that she breezed over in her youth became opportunities to impress onlookers with a spark show and passengers with a nasty bump and grind.
i am kinda wondering why there is so much noise about putting tbird steel suspension on these marks. just food 4 thought. sign me impressed with compressed air 4 life. tom
