Yes, they will fit BUT, They are only 6.5 inches wide compared to 7.5 for a mark rim. They have about the offset as the mark rims, but because they are narrower, they dont fill the wheel wells at all.

Well, the mark has a 7inch rim... never heard it to be 7.5, and im not too sure the LS rims are 6.5, considering they wear P235/50R17 All-Season Tires.

Im pretty sure they are 7.5+.

Oh I took a pass-I didnt want to get stuck with rims that i have no use for.i found a great deal on the cobra R's and I think thats the way I am going to go.

You still might be getting stuck. Mark VIIIs have a 4.25 bolt pattern, and Mustangs are 4.5. I picked up some new take off Mustang Bullets pretty cheap assuming they would fit my Mark VIII, but no go. The did fit on my Mark III though, and look great on it worked out, but unless the Rs had a different bolt pattern, thats not going to work for ya.
