For once (actually once back in 1962 also), I have been silenced. This time out of shock.

Thank you seems somehow, ahh..... just not enough.

I'd love to invite the entire membership over for cake. To dream the impossible is so nice if only for a moment!

For those of you that don't know, I have been in love with Rocket's dog "DAX" since first laying eyes on him. There is much more to him than his handsome looks. Probably the most intelligent dog I have even known. I am frequently asking Ron for pictures of him, thusly his appearance here.

We really aren't "celebrating" {how MUCH can 'ya celebrate at 57 anyhow, right?} until Tuesday when Matt arrives home for 35 days "Mid-Term Winter Break" ~

I REALLY like my B'day gift from my wife. "Show Mats" for my '93 Caddy. Carpeted floor mats that are identical to my original equipment mats (black - black carpeting on floor) ~ but these mats are Sno-White (to match the leather seats) and they have the identical script of cadillac across them http://www.usspeedonline.com/Merchant2/graphics/00000001/817003 T.jpg- just like the car's logo - in embrioardery and THAT is in dark purple, to match the paint. They are strictly show stuff. Happy birthday Sandy, and yes, you should celebrate while you can. Wait till you hit 66 like I did this year!

With all the cars in your collection, I imagine that trickle charger will come in handy.

he he he I wasn't home. Went to check on "all my children" ~ Everyone's well and starts, and everyone needs an oil change, & lube which nobody got this year (2003) as I was too busy. April 2004 everybody into the oil pit :)

Cake is not here - yet. Cake is coming Tuesday, courtesy of Matt, arond 12 noon. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Sandy, I have a final at 11 on Tuesday. I am sorry I won't be able to attend the celebration.

But I'll sure be thinking of yummy cake while taking my final :)
