You sure that ain't real? If chrysler minivans can be made to run 12's, and mopeds can be made to run with a t/a in the 1/8th mile, whats to say that someone can't make a goped run with a hot f body off the line? I'm sure that by the end of the 1/4, the goped is a speck in the mirror, but you can do a lot down low with those small engines and gearing. keep in mind, if you can get 30 hp out of that motor (shouldn't be too hard if you're running it within an inch of blowing up), and put a 150 pound guy on that thing, you have about 6-7 lbs per hp. With a stock t/a, you're running 10-11 lbs per hp. A stock lincoln is 14-15 lbs per hp.
Of course, you'd have to have testicles the size of a normal persons brain, and a brain the size of a normal persons testicles, to run a goped that fast.

It's definitely not real. Take for example the best running 125cc motorcycles in the world top out at 130mph. Assuming that the Camaro is "only" running 100mph in the race, you're trying to tell me a 23cc Go-Ped goes 100mph plus? The biggest difficulty would be gearing it with a spindle to go 100mph. (Dave..I'm not buying into 30HP from a 23cc 2 stroker, sorry!! Consider a stocker makes 1.2HP, a 50cc GPR50 makes 9.5, and a 125cc dirtbike makes 32, and a full blown Grand Prix bike makes in the 50's) Nope. I bet that Go-Ped can't even crack 50mph.

I've seen mopeds (on the internet) that run over 100 and will hang with a camaro in the 1/8th. That goped doesn't have to go that fast for that video to be real. It has to hang with a soft, non-nitrous launch from an f-body (which will still take some power) and almost keep up for a few hundred feet. Which i believe it can do. Notice that they show the f-body pulling ahead, and at the end, they just do a flyby on the goped. They surely imply that the goped won, but do not say it. I'm sure the f-body will win. But that goped is probably pretty damn fast from 0-40.
