second gen blower not working

i have heat and cold but no blower

the fault started intermittently 7 months ago
these faults were about once a month
currently the blower has not worked the past week

any thoughts about if it
is a blower, electrical or control problem
would be welcome

Drop the glove box (remove contents first) and wiggle the plug for the fan/blower. This is a common prob. Go to dealer and pick up a new pigtail and splice it in.
 
I've got a similar problem but it only goes when it rains hard and will work fine again the next morning or later that day. Does any one have any ideas what could be getting wet without popping a breaker and work fine later?

there's a "leak" that developes on the 2nd gen's somewhere above the blower area, i'm not exactly sure where it is though. It is fixable.
