secondary throttle control module

I am also getting the IMRC code light passengers side However I still don't know if it the sensor or its just stuck or there a hole in rubber diaphragm. Other than the check eng light I do not have any other indications. Throttle response is good. So it's become a mystery and the check eng light is irritating.

Check engine light is showing you that there is a disagreement between where it should be and where it is. So, either its stuck via built up oil deposits, or you have a bad sensor. My drivers side would not even pump up with a mytivac, but it would close with engine vacuum. So, I doubt a vacuum leak would cause a disagreement.

Vacuum holds them shut in operation (until ~3200 RPM). Stuck open will produce noticeable power loss and also trip the CEL. Stuck shut the car will function well up till the tip in point then will fall off, again tripping the CEL. Either of these can be caused by carbon deposits, or a bad actuator. A vacuum of 11"/Hg on the Mytivac should cause the shaft to rotate if free.
