side marker/blinker

On my 94 mark8 the front side marker/blinker lights to not blink. They come on when I engage the blinker but to not blink (BUT all other blinker light DO blink, the two front center on each side of the grill and the rear tail lights) Iv replaced the bulbs and checked to make sure the correct ones are in place. Help with this will be greatly appreciated.

Check for a broken wire in from that lamp back to the dash. Or use voltmeter to test for 12v at that position.

Actually, if I remember correctly, they are not supposed to blink.

The side maker lights are actually the puddle lights on the gen 1 marks and do not blink.

Thanks for the help.This is my first Mark8, Iv allways wanted one and the one i got im bringing back from neer death. The big girl needs some TLC.
