I'm afraid to ask what you pay for gas in the boat. i remember always taking donations from friends to fill up my Dad's boat when we took it out for the weekend. Although that one looks like it would trim out pretty good with that deep hull cutting the waves. Whats size does it have for in inboard? Can't tell from the pic if you have electric trim tabs on it or not.
I feel sorry for your brakes on the Navi, or do you have an electric brake setup on the trailer to help? Thats alot of fiberglass back there..

There are brakes on the trailer. It's a surge brake setup though, and just on one axle. I'd like to put brakes on the other axle but it costs $$$. And i don't like electric brakes, i prefer the surge brakes. If it comes down to it i can tow the boat with anything with a 2" ball. Can't do that with electric brakes, the truck needs a controller.
Boat has a single 502. It has trim tabs, i had bigger ones put on this spring. It runs pretty good if i take it easy, i might get 2-2.5 mpg with it. It's got a 65 gallon tank, and i can burn that in a weekend if i use the boat a lot.
