Spark Plug Dripping with Oil

I have a 94 with 160k and a slight valave tap/knock. I was changing the plugs today, swapping out the old Motorcraft awsf 22c's with new autolite 764's.

Some of the boots had a bit of oil on them. All of the plugs were ok, except for the last one, (passenger side #4 closest to the firewall), which came out dripping with oil. The whole plug was covered in it.

I would assume that this is not a good thing. What should I do? Try to clean it out? Get a new engine? Ignore it and put the new plug in?

Just kidding. Its just the valve cover gasket. You can either ignore it or pull the cover and put some silicone on the doughnut that goes around that plug.
Unless the car is running poorly cause of it dont sweat it.
