supercharger

Buddy of mine found a SC T-Bird in a local yard and removed the supercharger off of it. He said it was a '92 and the supercharger was a M-90 eaton. Looked it up on the net and the descrition of the supercharger said that it could be used on 3.8 - 5.0L engines. Has anyone ever tried using one of these for the 5.0L HO. I'd like to try it if it doesn't take much effort.

I think it'll be a lot harder than you think. You would need an intake to fit and some other plumbing. Unless another vehicle used an M90 stock with a 5.0, i think it'll be more effort than it's worth. If he wants to sell the supercharger, though, i have a friend with a SC and a real noisy blower.
