Superchips 1725 Microtuner, OBD II codes questions

I'm using a Superchips 1725 Microtuner on my '96 LSC, and in general I'm happy with the results. However, I'm plagued by two OBD II codes:

P1134 Bank 1 Fuel Control Shifted Rich (FAOSC)
P1154 Bank 2 Fuel Control Shifted Rich (FAOSC)

Also, the P1000 OBD II drive-cycle monitoring code has not been completed. This is most likely still there because I haven't driven the car much, and it's been cold here in Denver, so the EVAP monitor won't start until the IAT is over 40 degrees F.

Will the 1134,1154 codes prevent the P1000 code from ever completing? Will the above 1134,1154 codes clear themselves after many driving cycles?
Is the 6000' altitude causing the 1134,1154 codes?

With the Superchips tuner, I can temporarily clear the codes, but then I'm back to square one.

Any advice?

Thanks!

I would call Superchips tech department for more info on this.

Sorry not an answer but I wondered how that tuner is working for you? How many variables are you able to change with it?
