Ditto, I wonder what a job like that would cost. It certainly had to increase the value or saleability of that truck a ton.

That guy really knows his stuff. I read slowly though the page thinking...it will never be That clean after looking at the before pictures. (who would let thier car ever get that bad? jeese....) Getting at the end, I am truly impressed. (how do you get a vertical scratch in the door? Other than a mad key carrying ex girlfriend) The rest of scratches looked like brush and tree scratches from four wheelin.
My car is gonna need one of those guys on the outside body after sitting in the garage for over a year. lol But how do you find guys like THAT and not some person who does a million in one day not taking extra time to get anal with the thing?

i wish i had taken pics of all the stuff i have cleaned up too. i do similar work but not because i want to, i just cant do things half azz people ask me to clean things up and before i know it i'm into it for 2 days. i'm just proud of what i can make something look like, even when i'm not getting paid enough, i need to stop that and charge more. he did a killer job i'm sure he got paid good too.
 
These before and after threads are commonplace on www.autopia.org. Many of the best detailers post there. If you need someone that can do proper work check there and post a message under the appropriate forum indicating your location and how far you're willing to drive to get the job done. There will always be a few recommendations you can rely on.
 
The pictures of the blue opel are insane in front of that old castle. Those are just amazing photos of that car. Your right though that is pretty anal.
