Technical Issue with 2007 Lincoln Town Car

Check on the extreme left side of the dash board below the light switch for a thumb wheel that controls the brightness of your dash lights. It has been rotated to the extreme right to cause your lights to go on. Just rotate it back a tad.

I believe that those lamps are also on a timer.... once you pull the key, they will go out after...maybe 5 min so you DON'T kill the battery, if the above post isn't your answer. At least it'll give you more time to find the problem.

Is your "DOOR AJAR" warning light also on?

If it's anything like the FML products in the 90's, the interior lights won't kill the battery, as the car will shut them off. Although, I think it's a little more then 5 minutes.

Roadboss is right though, the switch to turn them off is normally part of the thumbwheel that controls the dashboard brightness. There will be a "click" just past max bright that turns them on.
