These ford systems are sooooooooooo not interchangeable, so I highly doubt it. If a second Gen ETAC doesn’t fit into a first Gen, would you think that navi is going to work on our cars? I don’t think so, but it sure would be a break through if someone found out a way.

I heard that THX system and its GREAT, the salesmen begged me to test drive it, then threw the “you scared” words here and there to get me to drive it, but I didn’t feel like going to whole “want to step into my office for a minute” to have their manager nag me to buy the car.. .so I just declined and went to my car humbly. Sandy know exactly what it’s all about.

Its a great system---george lucas--owner founder of thx and star wars guru had a big hand in its development--lincoln is lucky to be the first car with it--even if the head unit could fit or be moded to fit the thx is a whole system specifically designed and coordinated to work within the ls models==speakers setup==sound waves==sound defening material--its an awesome idea but not worthwhile for the mark8 better off redoin custom the sound system

(Funny thing.....Everytime I took my Mark 8 in for service, Maplecrest lent me a really new Town Car! Now...... I'm IN a Town Car :) ) Ummmmmm, while I wasn't looking....................
