no is there anyway i could lock the converter up by useing a switch i could splice into the wires with? also is there like a how to when u first get one of these to up the performance, cheap things u could do. And i know the car is speed density and u really cant do much to make it faster besides bolt ons but i also her theres a way to convert it to mass air.

While I do have a Mark VII, I am not as intimate with it as I am the Mark VIII. I cannot answer the torque converter lockup question but I do know of people that have converted their speed density to mass air - so, yes that can be done.
