Touchup Paint, Toreador red code JB

The wife has put a number of chips and a couple of huge scratches in the paint. I'm pretty handy at this and would typically touch it up and even wet sand if needed. But it appears that the touch up paint is a two tone process. One dealer had no idea how to get touchup paint to match.

Has anyone else figured it out?

I had done a lot of Googling and most paint places don't even list the MARK III.
