Transmission cooler

Do the Mark VIII's have them from factory? If so where is it located?
Is it the one that sits flat ways that you can see looking straight at the car right under the bumper or is that a P/S cooler?

The cooler you are referring to is the power steering cooler.

The Mark VIIIs only had the typical radiator tank cooling for the transmission. The transmissions do benefit greatly from an add-on cooler though. Look in the tech section for a nice write up on a typical installation.
