:D i have a 2000 ls sport and the trunk ajar tone and light come on every time i hit a bump or turn hard it's driving me F@#ken nuts i can"t seem to find the switch can some one help me out thanks:D
 
I wonder if this can't be solved the same way a Mark VIII switch is "fixed" with a good dose of WD40?

I don't know where the switch is located, but I'll bet it's somewhere around the trunk latch mechanism.

:D i used wd40 and it does the samething then i used electrical cleaner then pb blaster on the trunk latch and it still does it i did not remove the latch but from what i can see i do not see a switch if that is were it is if some one knows were the switch is i would be greatfull thanks
