the first mark is a '98', is now parts at a wrecking yard. i'm still getting parts off it.
the engine, transmission and rear end, along with a few other parts are being installed in a '56' f100.
i'm using a crown vic front end. to keep the air ride cost a bit lower..
the second mark is a '96' and is still with it's first owner, it is waiting for delivery. my uncle hasn't put more than 1,k on it in the last three years. it is in mint condition except the following: it has a few minor issues, that i should be able to take care of, in short order…
first thing i need to do is new tires, wheel alinement and fix the low wiper fluid warning. the radio is toast, so that will need updated..
over all, he has taken very good care of the vehicle…
we will see if more items need fixed, updated or replaced after i get a few miles of driving it..
any suggestions on ride comfort, performance upgrades or wheels…. like i hate the bolt pattern……
wish it was 5 on 4.5 like most of ford vehicles use..
if any parts from other ford vehicles can be used to change the bolt pattern let me know. as i have found a real nice set of wheels…(wrong bolt pattern)…
