Upper Control Arms

Had a 4 wheel alignment done today, because my Rims and Tires are coming in tomorrow, and they showed me the UCA's are shot, well, the bushings are shot. Has anybody done this job of replacing them on thier own? If so, could you give me some direction?

Thank You,

Scott

RE: Upper Control Arms

they aren't too bad, not nearly as bad as the lowers if you don't have power tools. there are many step-by steps in the forum a search will reveal all. someone is a picture of an access hole to remove the bolt under the master cylander. should take more than 2 hours more someone who has never done it before.

RE: Upper Control Arms

Get ratchet wrenches> they work so much better @ removing the nut for the uca by the brake booster....... no need to take off other #### to get to the nut.......
