Hey Everyone. New Here And To The Mark Series Cars. Love All Fords Though. My Vent Control Wont Switch To Vent. It Is Stuck On Defrost But My Display Seems To Be Switching From Defrost To Vent. However The Air Still Comes Out Of The Defrost Vents. Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated.
 
Try a search. I am sure i've read this before. The defrost is the default mode if I remember correctly.

I think it was Driller that posted that info.
 
Yeah I Found It. Thanks For The Help. Looks Like Im Going To Have To Do What I Did With My Cobra. Replace Every Vacume Line On The Engine. Fun Fun.
 
Naw man, just check the vacuum line coming out of the passenger firewall, follow it to the vacuum tee, then fix the vacuum tee, lol. The likely cause is a bad rubber vacuum tee right at the intake manifold. It doesn't take much of a leak to lose enough vacuum to make the A/C Vents not work correctly. Easy fix!
 
ill check it out this weekend to see what i got going on under the hood. by the time i get off of work i dont have much daylight left to mess with. thanks for the help.
