Very strange occurance

I installed a new ect sensor because the electric radiator fan was not coming on with the air conditioner turned off and was overheating. After installing the new sensor I still had the same symptoms. I then had the cooling system flushed and filled at a radiator shop now the fan is working (coming on) normally again with no overheating. Could someone please explain why this could have happened my car was not overdue for its 30,000 mile raadiator flush.I always kept the coolant toped up to the fill line.

Very strange, well since I got my chip, the fan runs much earlier then usual without the A/C.

Usually it doesn’t run without operating the A/C, at least that’s how mine was before the chip, with the exception of letting it idle for more then 10mins (which rarely happens anyways).
